Job summary

QuickCare, a leading childcare agency on the Central Coast, is seeking Casual Childcare Educators to join our Gosford & Central Coast NSW roster. As a Casual Room Assistant you will support daily routines, assist room leaders and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment for children from 6 weeks to 6 years old.

Applicants should be enrolled in or hold a relevant qualification (Certificate III, Diploma, or ECT), with a genuine passion for early childhood education and strong communication

Qualifications

• Current enrolment in Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Certificate III or Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher qualification, or actively working towards one.
• Demonstrated passion for early childhood education and care.

Responsibilities

• Support daily care routines and learning activities.
• Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of children.
• Assist Room Leaders and Nominated Supervisors.

About the Role

As a Casual Room Assistant, you will:

• Maintain safe, nurturing, and inclusive environments
• Work with children aged 6 weeks to 6 years

About You

You will have:

• Certificate III, Diploma, or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), or be working towards
• Minimum requirement is current enrolment in Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
