Job summary

Kids First invites you to join Seymour Family & Children’s Centre as a Casual Early Years Educator in Seymour. You will work with a small community team, access open classrooms and outdoor spaces, and enjoy a role that supports your work-life balance.

With a Diploma recognised by ACECQA, you will help implement the Kids First model, maintain safety, and provide calm transitions for children. Training is provided, and Kids First values diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Diploma recognised by ACECQA.
• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR and Asthma Training.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the program adheres to the agreed centre philosophy as well as the Code of Conduct
• Organising the indoor and outdoor environment, including the safety and rotation of equipment
• Ensuring that transition times are smooth, calm and purposeful.
• Support the implementation of the Kids First early years model – full training provided
