Care Group Community Services was established in 2019, when a need for a culturally diverse support service was identified, who are also compassionate, caring and are committed to building long term relationships with those in need.

Our team provide in-depth framework, staffing, support solutions, accommodation and care, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We work in partnership with families, guardians, Support Coordinators, and other internal departments to provide personalised support and accommodation.

Our Objective

At Care Group Community Services, we strive to provide quality staffing who can deliver a range of support services to vulnerable individuals displaying challenging behaviours and high complex needs within the NSW, QLD, VIC, and ACT region.

Currently, we are looking for QLD based Male Support Workers in North Brisbane with specific coverage areas within Morayfield, North Lakes and Caboolture only.

Position Purpose

The Support Worker will deliver compassionate personal care, implement support strategies in line with individual plans, and foster positive relationships through strong communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires accurate and timely documentation of shifts, professional conduct, and a commitment to empowering participants to achieve their goals and maximise their independence.
