Job summary

Inner West Council is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Aquatic centres in Sydney. You will deliver friendly, efficient service and help users access programs and activities that promote healthy lifestyles.

$32.25 + 25% Casual Loading + 12% Superannuation

About the role

In this customer-focused role, you will provide exceptional service to a diverse range of aquatic centre users, helping them access programs, services and activities that support active and healthy lifestyles. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will build positive relationships with customers, respond to enquiries, resolve issues professionally, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive experience for everyone who visits the Inner West Council Aquatic centres.

Remuneration

$32.25 per hour + 25% casual loading + 12% Superannuation
