Inner West Council is seeking a Senior Manager Enterprise Strategy & Performance to lead the Enterprise Strategy and Performance service unit and drive strategic objectives, operational excellence, and coordinated delivery.
You will oversee enterprise strategy, corporate planning, organisational performance, governance, and change initiatives across a large, diverse organisation, partnering with senior leadership to translate strategy into action.

The Senior Manager Enterprise Strategy and Performance leads the Enterprise Strategy and Performance service unit to support Council’s strategic objectives and operational excellence.
The role ensures that Council operates as an integrated system by aligning strategy, business planning, and performance expectations across the organisation; and ensures that priorities are translated into coordinated delivery and embedded organisational change.
It oversees the delivery of enterprise strategy, corporate planning, organisational performance, business excellence, project governance and organisational change services through expert leadership and team coordination.

$255,650 p.a. - $271,298 p.a. (This is inclusive of superannuation (SCG) contribution - currently 12%) + Access to Council's Motor Vehicle Leaseback Scheme.
