Job summary

NEXTDC is seeking a Customer Service Agent to be the friendly first point of contact for customers and visitors at our Perth facilities. This casual role offers 15–25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with potential site locations at Malaga and New Castle St.

Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person.
Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
Well-presented with a professional and efficient manner.
High attention to detail, able to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors to the facility in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Provide accurate advice on customer service requests and incidents.
Answer calls from internal and external customers and log details.
Assist with coordination of customer events and facility activities.
Conduct site inductions with visitors in coordination with Facilities team.
Scan induction paperwork and ensure stock and deliveries are documented accurately.
