Job summary

SA Health in the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network invites applications for a Casual Care Support Worker in Community Aged Care. Provide personal care, mobility support, meal prep, and household tasks, helping residents maintain independence in their homes or across BHFLHN sites.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, follow care plans, report changes to coordinators, and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised in-home and residential support including personal care, meals, mobility, and social activities.
• Follow and contribute to individual care plans; monitor wellbeing and report changes to coordinators.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised living environment and equipment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in training and quality improvement activities.
• Comply with safety, confidentiality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
