Maestro Hospitality is seeking a Casual Cocktail Bartender to join the team at a'Mare & Vista'Mare Sydney, located in Crown Sydney. You will craft classic and contemporary cocktails, deliver outstanding guest service, and contribute to a premium hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cocktail bartender.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and premium spirits.
• Current NSW RSA and full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails to a high standard.
• Deliver warm, attentive and professional guest service.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium dining environment.
• Uphold venue standards, policies and service procedures.
• Work with floor and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service.
• Pouring an excellent coffee with latte art.
