Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as bartender in a high-volume or premium venue.
- Proficient with cocktails and beverage service.
- RSA certification and Food Safety Certificate required.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair.
- Create classic and contemporary cocktails while maintaining quality.
- Advise guests on spirits, wines and beers to enhance experience.
- Maintain a clean, safe bar area complying with health regulations.
- Operate POS and process payments accurately and securely.
- Engage guests professionally to deliver outstanding service.
- Collaborate with bar team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory.
- Adhere to responsible service of alcohol practices and venue policies.
