Job summary

Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo is seeking an experienced Casual Chef to support Taronga's Café Wild, Café Waterhole and function areas with high-quality food service. Reporting to the Executive & Head Chef, you will cook to Taronga menus, manage food prep and hygiene, and contribute to cost planning and kitchen operations in a collaborative hospitality team.

• Experience as a chef in hospitality/kitchen environment.
• Ability to cook to Taronga menus and manage food prep.
• Understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety.
