Job summary

Brisbane City Council is seeking a casual rostered carpark attendant to provide professional operations at King George Square and Wickham Terrace carparks, which run 24 hours, 7 days a week. You will assist customers, manage incidents, and perform cashier duties while adhering to WH&S and safety standards.

Role requires availability across early morning to late night shifts, with some independent and team work.

Qualifications

• Criminal History Check required.
• Pre-employment medical assessment.
• Availability to cover early morning to late night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional carpark operations at King George Square and Wickham Terrace 24/7.
• Deliver high level customer service and address customer concerns.
• Report breakdowns or incidents and maintain WH&S.
• Perform cashier duties, direct traffic, and cleaning; use MS Word/Excel/Outlook for admin tasks.
• Work independently and as part of a team across rotating shifts (5:15am–12:15am).
