Job summary

ACH Group is seeking a Customer Service Officer for casual banking opportunities across the Yorke Peninsula. The role offers an attractive hourly rate of $40.84 and provides comprehensive training and support.

You will gain experience across regional South Australia, with assignments spanning Kadina, Moonta, Ardrossan and Minlaton, and occasional support to Clare and Port Pirie as required. Long-term assignment through to July 2027.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, banking or service-based environment.
• Strong cash-handling experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, team-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work across multiple branch locations.
• Willingness to work on an on-call casual basis with no guaranteed minimum hours.
• Background screening and two professional references required.
