Job summary

ISS at Melbourne Airport is seeking a Customer Service Officer on a casual basis to greet passengers and provide information and guidance throughout the airport precinct. The role focuses on helping travellers move through screening and reducing queues with a strong service mindset.

Minimum criteria include ASIC clearance, a valid driver’s license, 24/7 availability, and 2+ years in customer-facing roles; onsite parking and uniform are provided, with internal opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• ASIC (Criminal history clearance) must be obtainable.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
• Flexible work hours with availability 24/7.
• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet passengers and provide high level customer service.
• Assist passengers with queries related to moving through the airport.
• Manage passenger flow at screening points to minimise queuing.
• Support passengers across the Melbourne Airport precinct as needed.
