Royal Freemasons Ltd at Centennial Lodge in the City of Monash, Victoria, invites applications for Casual Personal Care Assistants to support residents with dignity and compassion. You’ll work within a friendly team delivering person-centred care on a casual basis, with flexible shifts to suit your availability.

You’ll provide personal care, assist with daily activities, document care accurately, and participate in training to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Experience in aged care or health services (preferred).
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of person-centred care and dignity of risk.
• Ability to work both morning and afternoon shifts.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
• Assist with personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals.
• Complete accurate care documentation and clinical records.
• Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism.
• Monitor and report changes in resident wellbeing, incidents, and hazards.
• Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, OH&S, and infection control practices.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to achieve positive resident outcomes.
• Participate in mandatory training and continuous quality improvement activities.
