Job summary

Royal Freemasons is seeking compassionate and dedicated Casual Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team at Centennial Lodge. As a Casual PCA, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents, assisting with personal care and meals while maintaining dignity and wellbeing.

You'll complete accurate care documentation and collaborate with the care team, staying compliant with standards and participating in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care or health services is preferred.
• A compassionate, patient, and resident-focused approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
• Assist with personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals.
• Complete accurate care documentation and clinical records.
• Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism.
• Monitor and report changes in resident wellbeing, incidents, and hazards.
• Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, OH&S, and infection control practices.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to achieve positive resident outcomes.
• Participate in mandatory training and continuous quality improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents.

Assist with personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals.

Complete accurate care documentation and clinical records.

Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism.

What You’ll Bring
