Job summary

DON's Castlemaine manufacturing site seeks a Site Supply & Integration Planner to coordinate production, third‑party manufacturing, material movements and short‑term workforce requirements. You will create and communicate practical plans that align demand, work in progress, supplier schedules and stakeholder priorities.

This broad, hands-on role spans multiple planning horizons, collaborating with Operations, Technical, Finance, People & Performance and the wider Supply Chain Planning

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills for planning, analytics and reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop short and long-term production plans balancing demand and capacity.
• Coordinate third-party manufacturing schedules, WIP and material movements.
• Support workforce planning by communicating labour requirements and allocations.
• Prepare planning reports and data extracts for supply planning processes.
• Maintain production and planning data in SAP ECC and SAP APO.
• Monitor risks and escalate issues as needed.
• Improve Excel-based planning tools for visibility and continuity.
• Participate in daily planning and weekly allocation meetings.
