Job summary

SPC Global Pty Ltd in Shepparton seeks a Supply Planning Manager to own the 6-104 week supply plan for the site and manage short-term material planning. You will lead a small team and partner with demand planning, operations, and CI to optimise DIFOT and inventory targets.

The role offers cross-site collaboration, exposure to production line expansions, and the chance to influence mid-term and annual plans within a iconic Australian food and beverage manufacturing group.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in accounting, supply chain, engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of supply chain or related experience.
• Experience working with manufacturing sites desirable.
• Strong analytical and systems capability.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Cost, cash, customer mindset and understanding

Responsibilities

• Own the 6-104 week supply plan for the Shepparton site.
• Lead and develop 3 direct reports (2 schedulers and Material Supply Planning Lead).
• Coordinate with demand planning, operations and CI to optimize DIFOT.
• Manage long-term capacity, production plan, and inventory targets.
• Support the introduction of new production lines and major changes.
