Job summary

InfraBuild is seeking a Manufacturing Planning & Scheduling professional to balance customer demand with production requirements across Newcastle Rod Mill and Contistretch operations from Mayfield. You will work with operations, maintenance, sales and supply stakeholders to develop and optimise production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and inventory targets.

• Strong analytical capability to interpret information, identify issues and develop practical solutions.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, supply chain, logistics, operations or a related analytical role.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to build effective working relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to support customer demand, operational efficiency and inventory targets.
• Work with operations and maintenance to align production plans with capacity and maintenance requirements.
• Liaise with internal suppliers, sales and production stakeholders to ensure materials and resources are available when needed.
• Monitor schedule performance, identify risks or constraints and implement solutions to minimise disruption.
• Analyse production, inventory and demand data to support planning decisions and communicate updates to stakeholders.
