Archer Daniels Midland Company is seeking a Finance Manager, Cash Optimization to drive cash flow transformation in Chicago or Decatur, IL. The role partners with Commercial, Operations and Corporate leadership to optimize working capital and improve liquidity.

You will develop actionable insights, monitor cash flow performance, and guide strategic decisions while leading process improvements and staff training. A strong finance background and collaboration across functions are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and large ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cash flow processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop strategies to optimize working capital (A/R, A/P, inventory).
• Collaborate with leadership to align cash flow with financial goals.
• Lead process improvements and automation of cash flow processes.
• Design and implement KPIs to track cash flow performance.
• Train staff on cash flow management best practices.
