Job summary

Talent Hub is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join a children and youth family services provider just 10 to 15 minutes from Brisbane CBD. This is a Monday to Friday role based in the office.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in case management or a similar client liaison role.
• Experience working with children, young people and families.
• Clear, confident communication with government and other stakeholders.
• Proactive, and able to spot issues early and act on them.
• Able to work independently and also be a good team member.
• Happy to join the after-hours rotating roster.
• A current driver’s licence and the ability to drive as part of the role.
• A current Blue Card, or willingness to apply for one.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for the Department of Child Safety and other stakeholders.
• Manage communication and update stakeholders regularly.
• Make sure each young person’s needs are met.
• Train and guide support staff working across multiple participants.
• Report to the Operations Manager on a regular basis.
• Take part in an after-hours rotating roster, about once every 5 to 6 weeks.
