Job summary

ACT Corrective Services (ACTCS) is seeking an experienced Case Manager to lead end-to-end offender reintegration efforts at the Alexander Maconochie Centre (AMC). The role centres on developing and reviewing integrated case management plans to support detainees, reduce risk, and promote release readiness through targeted resources and interventions.

• Experience working with detainees or in offender management is desirable.
• Background police checks will be conducted.
• Driver’s licence is essential.
• Pre-employment medical is required.
• ACTPS eligibility includes Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end integrated management for people in custody through case management strategies.
• Develop and review individualised case management plans to influence behaviours and address social exclusion factors.
• Produce professional reports to Courts, releasing authorities and other statutory bodies regarding offender management and outcomes.
