Job summary

The Benevolent Society is seeking a passionate and experienced Case Worker to join the Centre for Women’s, Children & Family Health in Campbelltown, NSW. You will support women and children affected by domestic and sexual violence, delivering flexible, trauma-informed case management tailored to individual needs.

Using a person-centred approach, you will conduct assessments, coordinate brokerage, and work with government and community partners to connect clients with timely services.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in case management within a complex support environment.
• Proven experience supporting women impacted by trauma, domestic violence, mental health challenges, or adversity.
• Sound understanding of child protection frameworks and mandatory reporting obligations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments to develop and monitor tailored support plans, identifying strengths and risks.
• Coordinate brokerage to ensure timely access to services.
• Engage clients using best-practice assessment frameworks and risk minimisation strategies.
• Share client plans transparently with clients and partner agencies.
• Collaborate with government departments and community agencies.
• Work with stakeholders such as court advocacy services, police, Centrelink and housing services.
