Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• MBA or Master Degree in Business or Accounting (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, facilitate and own core sales processes needed to run the business, including weekly forecast and pipeline management, territory design and account segmentation.
• Lead strategic business planning to enable future revenue growth and align cross-functional teams.
• Support account teams with analysis and recommendations and provide tools and information to help sales goals.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR and Operations for operational excellence in planning, forecasting, sales compensation and systems & tools.
