Job summary

HIA Apprentices is offering a 3rd year Apprentice Carpenter role with an immediate start in Canberra and the fringe of the NSW border. This is a full-time opportunity to work alongside professional tradespeople and learn all aspects of your carpentry training and employment.

You will be supported by a dedicated Field Officer, with PPE provided, trade school fees paid, and access to member benefits. A great attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are essential, with CI Card or willingness

Qualifications

• Commitment to completing an apprenticeship as a carpenter
• Must have a valid driver's licence (preferred)
• CI Card (White Card) or willing to obtain before starting
• Excellent teamwork and reliability

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified carpenters on construction sites
• Learn measuring, cutting, and basic carpentry tasks
• Support materials handling and site safety

Apprentice Carpenter - 3rd year

We have carpentry apprenticeships available in the Canberra and the fringe of NSW boarder area for an immediate start.
