Job summary

HIA Apprentices is looking for enthusiastic individuals to start a Carpentry Apprenticeship (1st and 2nd year). You will learn hands-on carpentry on construction sites, guided by experienced tradespeople, with a clear path to becoming a qualified carpenter.

This is a full-time opportunity in the Bungendore/Townsville area with strong support and progression opportunities. Ideal candidates have a great attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Commitment to completing the apprenticeship and becoming a fully qualified carpenter.
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport preferable.
• CI Card (white Card) or willingness to obtain prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of carpentry training and employment.
• Work on construction sites under supervision and guidance.
• Be mentored by professional trades people throughout the apprenticeship.

Apprentice Carpenter - 1st and 2nd Years

We have carpentry apprenticeships available in the Bungendore area for an immediate start.
