Job summary

Cadence & Co Pty Ltd in the Southern Highlands is seeking motivated Apprentice Carpenters to gain hands-on experience on architecturally designed homes and to build a rewarding career in residential construction.

You will work with experienced carpenters, site managers and construction managers, developing practical skills across all construction stages while learning from industry leaders. A strong work ethic and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
White Card (Construction Induction Safety Certificate).
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
Good communication skills.
Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience on architecturally designed custom homes across the Southern Highlands region.
Working alongside experienced Carpenters, Site Managers, and Construction Managers, develop practical skills across all stages of construction.
