Job summary

Hatchway Constructions is seeking Apprentice Carpenters for immediate start on high-end residential builds in the Shoalhaven area. This full-time apprenticeship offers hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship, and full support toward completing the Certificate III in Carpentry.

You’ll work closely with a licensed builder on bespoke projects, gaining exposure to foundations, framing, structural work, and detailed interior fit-outs.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in carpentry and construction.
• Eye for detail and craftsmanship.
• Reliable, motivated and eager to learn; able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on role exposing you to high-end residential construction, from foundations and framing to interior fit-outs.
• Work with an experienced builder on bespoke residential projects.
