Job summary

dnata Brisbane Airport Cargo Operations is seeking motivated individuals for Permanent Part-Time (min 24 hours/week) and Casual positions. The role involves forklift driving, loading/unloading cargo, and data entry using dnata systems. On-site parking, uniforms/PPE, and a 24/7 rotating roster are provided.

Successful applicants may convert to full-time after 12 months under the Ramp and Cargo Enterprise Agreement. A forklift license and prior experience are required.

Qualifications

• Forklift license is required and experience operating forklifts.
• Previous cargo handling experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a 24/7 roster.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to load/unload cargo safely.
• Data entry and processing of import/export information.
• Process cargo handling documentation accurately.
• Perform cargo handling duties using automated systems and ULDs.
• Support flexible duties across a 24/7 roster.

We are currently recruiting for our Brisbane Airport Cargo Operations for Permanent Part-Time positions (minimum 24 hours per week) and Casual positions.

A few of the key responsibilities for a Cargo agent are;

• Forklift driving.
• Loading and unloading of cargo in a safe and efficient manner.
• Accurate data entry and processing of import/export information utilising the dnata operating systems.
• Correct processing of all cargo handling documentation.
• Perform cargo handling duties using automated cargo handling system, packing/unpacking ULD's and loose cargo.
