Job summary

RSL LifeCare Limited in Condobolin is seeking a Part-time/Casual Residential Care Carer to provide compassionate personal care aligned with individual care plans. You will work closely with residents and families to support wellbeing and independence in a supportive team environment.

The role emphasises person-centred care, teamwork, and ongoing quality improvement. Eligible applicants should have an individual support qualification or related experience, and a valid Australian working rights
