Job summary

UTS is seeking an Employability Coordinator to lead inclusive, student-centred employability initiatives across the Careers team. You will map resources, design tailored programs, and deliver engaging workshops that connect students with opportunities.

Based at our Sydney campus with a hybrid mix of on-site and remote work, the role collaborates with diverse stakeholders and supports campaigns that enhance graduate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and facilitating workshops or interactive events.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including developing, reviewing or updating career development resources.
• Experience providing support to students through consultations, focus groups or one-to-one conversations.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload.
• Well-developed relationship management skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the university.

Responsibilities

• Map existing initiatives and resources to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Coordinate and deliver tailored employability initiatives for specific focus areas.
• Facilitate workshops, panels, and career development initiatives that are inclusive.
• Support the delivery of events and campaigns with the broader UTS Careers team.
• Develop, review, and update career resources to be inclusive and accessible.
• Curate digital content and learning journeys for key career development topics.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to keep content relevant and up to date.
