Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group, is seeking a Career Coach to support people with disability, injury or health conditions in NSW/QLD. You’ll guide job-readiness, build confidence, and connect clients with upskilling and employers to create meaningful careers.

You’ll work in a collaborative team, provide coaching from first contact to interview prep, and help clients achieve sustainable employment with an outcomes-focused approach. Inclusive, person-centered practice is core to the role.

Qualifikationen

• Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable.
• Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans.
• Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends.
• Current Driver’s License - essential.

• Working closely with clients as they plan their next career steps, providing support to find the right job along the way.
• Build strong relationships to understand each client’s goals, strengths, and support needs.
• Provide tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.
• Connect participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience, and group-based activities.
• Collaborate with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.
• Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
• Champion Breakthru’s values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.
