The role focuses on compliance, staff development, and collaboration with Care Partners and Rostering Manager to maintain an efficient team, with a passion for advocacy and operational excellence in home-based care.

Qualifications

• Management experience in care or health settings, with people leadership.
• Knowledge of SCHADS Award and employment practices is advantageous.
• Strong communication and administrative skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Care Workers to ensure high-quality client care.
• Ensure training requirements and ongoing education for staff are met.
• Maintain regular communication with Care Workers to foster a positive environment.
• Advocate for Care Workers and address concerns promptly.
• Oversee staffing resources to meet consumer needs and service quality.
