Job summary

Uniting are seeking compassionate Casual Care Workers to join our residential aged care home in Springwood, NSW. You’ll provide safe, respectful, person-centred care, supporting residents’ wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

Training and development are offered, with opportunities to grow within the organisation. The role requires Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, flexibility across AM/PM/Night shifts, and a warm, team-focused approach.

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (or equivalent).
• Experience working in aged care or similar settings.
• Availability across all shifts (AM, PM, Night) — flexibility is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for aged care.

About The Role

As a Care Worker, you’ll be at the heart of what we do — providing safe, respectful and person-centred care that supports residents’ wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

You’ll Assist With

Location & transport

The home is located in Springwood (Blue Mountains). It’s around 1km from the train station, so own transport is helpful (though not essential).
