Uniting in Springwood is seeking qualified Part Time Care Workers to support residents in a compassionate, person-centered way. You’ll provide personal care, build relationships and help residents maintain dignity and independence.

Formación

• Certificate III or IV in Gaged Care, Aged Care or equivalent.
• Experience in aged care, disability, health or community services.
• Availability to work a rotating roster across shifts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine commitment to person-centred care.

Responsabilidades

• Building genuine relationships with residents and their families.
• Promoting residents' dignity, rights and individual choices.

Location & Transport

Located in beautiful Springwood in the Blue Mountains, our home is approximately 1km from Springwood train station. Own transport is helpful but not essential.
