Uniting Griffith is recruiting a Care Worker to provide compassionate aged care support for residents in our Griffith home. You will assist with daily living tasks, mobility, meals, and personal care, while promoting independence and well-being.
The role involves assisting with medications, wound care, and supporting residents in social activities. A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or equivalent is required, with casual shifts available and opportunities for career growth.
Uniting Griffith has 3 separate households, each with between 17 and 30 residents, including a Memory Support Unit for people living with dementia. Our Leisure and Lifestyle Team ensures that the community is thriving and doing things that are meaningful and enjoyable. We're transitioning to Household Living – our innovative approach to care – which will empower our residents to live their way, just as they would in any family home.
