Warrigal is seeking dedicated care workers to support older people to remain safe, independent and connected in their own homes across the Moss Vale community.

You will provide person-centred in-home care, including personal care, domestic tasks, meal preparation and social support, while monitoring wellbeing and building relationships with clients.

Formación

• Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support in Ageing.
• Current First Aid certificate.
• Current Drivers Licence.
• Reliable car with comprehensive car insurance.
• Empathy and commitment to the care of older people.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and written skills.
• Understanding of VVHS Responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised.
• Committed to workplace equity.
• Apply Warrigal's values of innovation, respect, compassion and integrity.
• Satisfactory police check (to be updated regularly).
• Previous aged/disability care experience.

Responsabilidades

Working across our HomeServices team, you will provide person-centred support inaccordance with individual care plans, helping customers maintaintheir wellbeing, independence and quality of life.
