BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead the Care Team at BaptistCare Niola Centre, Parkes. This permanent full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional clinical care and developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• This RN holds current AHPRA registration with 3–5 years of aged care/complex clinical experience.
• Proven clinical leadership, mentoring and developing high‑performing care teams.
• Strong knowledge of aged care standards, governance and quality systems.
• Experience managing complex care needs and clinical decision-making.

About the Role

As Care Team Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring residents receive exceptional clinical care and support.

You will:

About You

You are an experienced Registered Nurse and people leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional aged care. You'll bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse +3-5 years' experience in aged care and/or complex clinical environments.
• Proven clinical leadership experience, including leading, mentoring and developing high-performing care teams.
• Strong knowledge of aged care standards, clinical governance and quality systems.
• Experience managing complex care needs and clinical decision-making.

Demonstrated ability to improve resident outcomes through person-centred care planning, clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Infection Prevention and Control qualification (or willingness to obtain).
• Postgraduate qualifications in Management, Gerontology, Dementia Care or Leadership highly desirable.
