Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• 3–5 years’ experience in aged care or complex clinical environments.
• Proven experience leading and developing clinical teams.
• Infection Prevention & Control qualification (or willingness to obtain).
• Postgraduate qualifications in management, gerontology or training and assessment are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical practices and ensure safe, high‑quality care.
• Mentor and develop nursing and care staff.
• Drive continuous improvement across the service.
• Support complex care needs and clinical decision‑making.
• Lead and manage shifts and operations at Niola Centre.
