Job summary

HRString is recruiting care support workers to provide essential domiciliary care services in the UK. The role involves supervising health-related tasks, assisting with personal care, meal planning and preparation, and maintaining client records with confidentiality and dignity.

Applicants should be residents of the UK with a valid right to work; previous care experience is welcomed and training will be provided to new staff members.

Qualifications

• Residence in the UK with valid right to work.
• Previous care experience welcomed; training provided.
• Essential personal traits: communication, compassion, empathy.
• Safeguarding awareness is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and medications under supervision.
• Administer bedside and personal care, assist ambulation.
• Advise and support service users in personal care.
• Plan, prepare and serve meals as part of care.
• Perform household duties such as washing and ironing.
• Maintain confidentiality, privacy and dignity of service users.
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and report changes.
