HRString is a well-established domiciliary care provider in the UK. We are recruiting for the role of care support workers to assist service users with daily living tasks in a supportive environment.

You will perform health-care related tasks under supervision, provide personal care, support meals, housekeeping, and maintain confidentiality and dignity. Training will be provided; UK residency and right to work are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a resident in the UK with valid right to work.
• Previous care experience welcomed; training will be provided.
• Essential qualities: Personal care, communication, compassion, safeguarding.

Responsabilités

• Monitor vital signs and medications under supervision by registered staff.
• Administer bedside and personal care, including ambulation and hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and participate in personal care for service users.
• Plan, prepare and serve meals for service users.
• Assist with household duties such as washing and ironing.
• Maintain confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity at all times.
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed; report changes to supervisor.
