Job summary

This role supports care processes across Child Protection, Care services, Kinship Engagement Teams, and Out of Home Care providers to improve information sharing and timely services for children in statutory care.

You will be part of a rostered phone line supporting carers, providing professional advice to internal and external stakeholders, and helping identify care needs

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative functions for placement establishments and support earlier identification of care needs.
• Provide advice and professional expertise to internal and external stakeholders in policy, funding and program development.
• Coordinate care support activities across Child Protection, Care services, Kinship Engagement Teams, and Out of Home Care providers.
