Job summary

Alino Living is seeking a Night Shift Care Service Employee to join our Adelene team on a part-time basis. You will provide personal care to residents, assist with bathing, grooming and mobility, monitor wellbeing, and offer companionship in a warm, family-like environment that values dignity and choice.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide personal care and support daily living activities.
• Compassionate and patient with residents.
• Commitment to safety and reporting changes.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
• Assisting residents with mobility and transfers
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health and wellbeing
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
• Assisting with meal preparation and serving
• Adhering to all policies and procedures of Alino Living
• Participating in training and development opportunities as required
