Job summary

RSL LifeCare is seeking a Care Service Employee – Catering Assistant to support our aged care homes in NSW. You will work with the Head Chef to deliver high quality meals, ensure safety standards, and create a warm dining experience for residents and visitors. We value compassion, teamwork and clear communication.

Work closely with the catering team and the Head Chef to provide high quality catering services for residents and their visitors

Comply with Food Safety Standards

Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional work environment; dishwashing and cleaning the kitchen, equipment and dining areas

Demonstrate a customer service mindset when interacting with residents, their families and visitors

Serve residents meals and snacks ensuring that the correct meals are served to residents with special dietary needs

Build strong and productive relationships with your team to deliver a positive dining experience
