Job summary

RSL LifeCare in Dubbo, NSW is seeking a caring Carer to join our aged care team on a casual basis with flexible hours. You will support residents with personal care, activities, and quality of life in a not-for-profit environment with salary packaging benefits.

Your role focuses on compassionate, resident-centred care in collaboration with families and an experienced team, while adhering to individual care plans and safety standards. A valid police check/NDIS check may be required.
