Job summary

RSL LifeCare is hiring Carers in Sydney, NSW. The roles are casual and part‑time, with night shifts available. You will provide compassionate personal care, follow care plans and support residents’ wellbeing while engaging with families.

This is a not-for-profit setting with salary packaging and tax benefits. We value empathy, clear communication and teamwork. A valid Police Check or NDIS check is required prior to start, and Australian working rights are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care or support roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to use technology to support care tasks.

• Demonstrated empathy, patience and advocacy for residents.
• Willingness to obtain required clearances (Police/NDIS).
