Job summary

St Vincent’s Care Services Bronte, Sydney, seeks a Casual Care Services Employee to partner with residents in daily living, personal care, and daily household tasks within a boutique 107-bed setting. You will support engagement, dignity and safety, while following care plans and documenting care activities.

The role requires Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent, with 6+ months’ residential aged care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• We require a Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months' experience in a residential aged care setting is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts and follow care plans.
