Job summary

St Vincent’s Care Services Bronte in Sydney’s beachside area is seeking a compassionate Casual Care Services Employee to support residents with daily living, personal care, and daily household tasks. You will work as part of a dedicated team to ensure residents feel safe, valued and engaged, with a strong emphasis on rights and personalised care plans.

The role requires a Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care, 6 months+ experience in residential aged care, and the ability to cover

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent is essential.
• 6 months+ experience in residential aged care preferred.
• Experience with AutumnCare or similar software and good record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support residents’ daily routines, choices and engagement, ensuring safety and respect.
• Assist with household tasks and contribute to a harmonious care environment.
