Job summary

St Vincent’s Care Services Haberfield, operated by St Vincent’s Health Australia, seeks a Care Service Employee to provide compassionate, resident-centred care in a 50-bed aged care facility near Sydney. The role focuses on connecting with residents, following care plans, and working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure wellbeing.

Permanent part-time position with PM and night shifts. Must have Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, and be able to operate Autumn Care software.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in aged care sector.
• Experience with residents living with dementia from a person-centred approach is desirable.
• Must be available for night and PM shifts.
• Ability to use computerised clinical management software such as Autumn Care.
• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check within 6 months.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required.
