St Vincent’s Care Services Arundel is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to partner with residents in daily routines, personal care, and lifestyle choices. Join a compassionate, team-oriented environment at the Arundel campus on the Gold Coast in a casual/ongoing role.

You will support residents with daily activities, maintain records using AutumnCare, and uphold resident rights and care plans while contributing to a respectful, welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualification is essential.
• 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care is highly regarded.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
