Job summary

Access Health and Community in Hawthorn, VIC, is seeking a part-time Program Support & Data Officer to join the Care Navigators Program. The role supports program operations, reporting, contract administration, stakeholder engagement, and data management to ensure successful delivery of the EMPHN-funded initiative.

The position is a max-term, 0.4 EFT, parental leave cover until 30 June 2027, ideal for those with project administration experience who enjoy cross-team collaboration and delivering

Qualifications

• Experience in project administration and program support.
• Contract administration experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Fixus or TrakCare is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support program operations and reporting for the Care Navigators Program.
